"Truth Justice and the Leadership Way" will include programming in one of six categories. All programming locations will include adequate technology, with an Information Technology representative ready to answer any questions.

From Clark Kent to Superman
(Personal Development)
These programs are designed for the average person to discover themselves and their true SuperLeader identities. Such topics might include: character building, communication, and goal setting.

To Leadership and Beyond
(Leadership Development)
These programs will help the superheroes develop their superpowers to lead their heroic peers. Programming topics may include: team building, time management, networking, relationships, and meeting styles.

Plan A
(Programming)
Every superhero has a plan. These programs will be centered on successful events and activities from the past and how to take it to your Gotham City.

Finding your Fantastic 4
(Diversity)
The Justice League, X-men and The Ninja Turtles all are striving for a common goal. These programs will be centered on working together as a diverse team successfully while learning about yourself as you go. Topics might include: sexuality, gender, ethnicity, religion, world affairs and other important issues.

Being Alfred Pennyworth
(Advisor Track)
Professor Charles Xavier from the X-Men and Splinter from TMNT represent mentors to our favorite superheros. Every student leader needs to find someone with whom they can develop a mentoring relationship. And every Advisor needs to recharge themselves while learning new tricks of the trade.

Earn your key to the City
(Community Service)
Every superhero gives back to the community in multiple ways. These programs will be centered on how our super human leadership powers can better our university communities. The programs will give ideas and resources for projects and causes.
