Getting to Northern Arizona University

Traveling by Car
Delegations should find appropriate driving directions through an internet resource to the following addresses:

Delegations will be able to park their cars in front of the hotel free of charge. Delegations will receive further parking instructions at this time.
Traveling by Air
Flagstaff, Arizona is accessible via commercial flight arriving at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona approximately 148 miles from campus. IACURH 2009 will operate shuttle services from the airport to campus through Arrow Lines at regular intervals on November 12th . Delegations will be required to pre-register for this service in addition to scheduling their flights to meet shuttle departure times if the service is needed. Delegations should plan on arriving before 2:00pm on Thursday, November 12 th .
Travel by air is also accessible through Flagstaff Pulliam Airport using US Airways Express and Horizon/Alaskan Airlines. Delegations should plan to arrive before 5:00pm on Thursday, November 12th. Shuttle services will also be provided from the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport to the conference site.
Travel during conference
Travel from AmeriSuites to the NAU campus will be provided by NAU Transportation Services. A 50-passenger charter bus will make trips at regular intervals between the hotel and the IACURH conference site in the morning and afterward once the activities for the day are finished.
ADA Travel
ADA travel accomidations during the conference will be provided by Mountain Lift's –Paratransit Service in Flagstaff. This service offers transit to ADA certified individuals throughout the entire Flagstaff area. Delegations needing to utilize this service are required to notify the Transportation Committee Chair in order to reserve the appropriate services during the conference.
